The Fang

A precise and versatile boning knife, skilfully crafted with high-carbon steel at the blade and premium pakka wood at the handle. 

The Fang is at its best when separating meat from bones but is equally at home gliding through fruits and vegetables. The ergonomic weighting of the handle ensures a smooth and comfortable cut even for extended usage, and the high carbon steel blade remains sharp slice after slice.

Care: 

Wash knife with soap and dry immediately after use. Our knives will be very sharp upon arrival but will eventually dull with prolonged use as with all other knives, we would recommend sharpening with a steel or block if you begin to feel the blade “tug” whilst chopping instead of gliding through material as intended. A sharp knife is a safe knife.

Safety:

We provide guards with all of our knives, however please still handle with caution to avoid injury. Our knives are sold as cookware and should only be used in cooking related activities.
